A framework for success and the tools to facilitate implementation
A leader in power conditioning had recently partnered with a premier provider of computing systems. They were also expanding their strategic alliance portfolios to other companies in the information technology sector. The company was seeking expertise in alliance management best practices to better engage with their partners and to ensure success of these vital relationships.
A two day alliance best practice workshop was conducted on-site, based on the Ramp to Revenue™ partner development model. We facilitated interactive learning in addressing the company’s specific requirements in strategic alignment, value creation, governance, and sales engagement. Interactive, in class exercises gave participants to engage in practical application of many tools and templates to manage their partnerships.
The client came away with an understanding of what contributes to alliance success, a frame work for implementation and many tools and templates they could then apply in day to day management of their most important relationships.
