State of Collaboration

Challenge

The innovators in green and sustainable energy are typically small entrepreneurs who need to partner with larger, established firms who have the capital and access to markets to commercialize innovation.  Many of these small concerns do not have partnering experience but are keenly aware of the importance of successful partnering to their future.

PhoenixCG Approach

Through a collaboration capability audit tool, we assess the capability and readiness to partner through one on one interviews with the CEO or other senior staff and offer coaching on how to improve their success in recruiting key partners and making those partnerships work.

Client Value

PhoenixCG has worked many energy entrepreneurs in assessing their collaborative capability and provided insight and advice to increase their partnering effectiveness.
