Alliance Best Practice Adoption

Challenge

A leader in power conditioning equipment had recently partnered with a premier provider of computing systems.  They were also expanding their strategic alliance portfolios to other companies in the information technology sector.  The company was seeking expertise in alliance management best practices to better engage with their partners and to ensure success of these vital relationships.

PhoenixCG Approach

A two day alliance best practice workshop was conducted on-site, based on the Ramp to Revenue™ partner development model and facilitated interactive discussion in addressing the company’s specific requirements in strategic alignment, value creation, governance, and sales engagement.

Client Value

The client came away with an understanding of what contributes to alliance success, a frame work for implementation and many tools and templates they apply in day to day management of their most important relationships.

"PhoenixCG facilitated a workshop on Alliance managewment best practice for my team at APC, and we have all benefited enormously. Their experience brought the workshop alive, and the facilitation skills ensured the team learned.”
