ASAP-SV/NorCal is once again bringing more value to chapter members and sponsors by offering their successful and comprehensive Alliance Management Skills Mastery Series in 2011. Each segment in the series is taught by a leading authority in alliance management, bringing participants best practices as well as a diversity of views.

Courses include:

  • Alliance Governance and Metrics

This educational and experiential series of webinars and live workshops takes place from January through July of 2011. Register only for the classes that interest you or for the entire series. All webinars and workshops will be recorded, so you won’t miss a single session.
